Credit Life Licensing Book Order

Limited Lines Credit Producer:  Each individual whose duties will include selling, soliciting, or negotiating limited lines credit insurance must complete an approved program of instruction before applying for a credit producer’s license.
Individuals:
1. Click on Buy Now ($30.00 plus tax) to purchase our credit life licensing book.  When this is completed we will email you the booklet, instructions, test, and completion verification.
2. Read the study material and complete the worksheet/test and verification.  Once these are returned to us we will mail your certificate of completion which you will mail along with your application to the Indiana Department of Insurance.
