Limited Lines Credit Producer:  Each individual whose duties will include selling, soliciting, or negotiating limited lines credit insurance must complete an approved program of instruction to obtain a credit insurance license. Robert Steele Agency provides a DOI approved program. Please follow instructions to complete the self study course.

Licensing Directions – Self Study

1.    Order Licensing Materials: Credit Life Insurance Book Order Form

2.    Read and study the approved licensing material and complete the worksheet enclosed by circling the correct answers.

3.    Complete the COMPLETION VERIFICATION form verifying material has been studied. This must be signed by a licensed agent.

4.    Mail the completed and signed COMPLETION VERIFICATION form,  worksheet, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following:

5.    You will be mailed a Certificate of Completion.

6.    Once you receive the Certificate of Completion, mail a copy of it along with the completed application (pages 1-4, from your original licensing materials packet), and a check for $40.00 to the following:
